I thinking things will get better With time, Well, I'm hoping it's soon Before I lose my mind
I was in Washington I meant to get back to you sooner, but I have made lifestyle changes of limiting desserts, snacks and extra food that's not part of my meal. I eat three meals a day and if you want me to tell you what I eat I can because it may help you out :) . I also don't eat past 8:00, and if I have to because I'm eating out, I'll stay up until I've digested most of the food before I go to bed so it won't turn to fat.
I know that feeling :-/

ReplyDeleteIt changes daily. Some days I eat, some days I don't. It's so hard to stay to a certain routine. What about for you?
