running cross country is so difficult

I try to work with eating the right amounts but sometimes I eat more and sometimes I eat less than what I need.

  1. It's all about finding a balance. If I'm exercising that day, I treat myself to a good breakfast so I have plenty of energy. Find out via internet how many calories you'll be burning off and allow yourself just under to ensure you're using up all the excess energy.

And if you end up gaining a pound or two who cares? Noone's going to notice and you can just eat less carbs and more veggies and take a few long walks and drop straight back in a few days.
